Christmas flashback

An eternity ago, it was Christmas. Because this blog serves as my memory, it is important that it be captured otherwise I might wonder if it actually happened. It did! And it was great fun. We spent some of it in Tampa, where we opened presents with Gama, and then we headed up to Nashville to celebrate with Go Joy, Grandpa and the rest of the cousins, aunts, uncles and Bosco. Highlights of the Tampa present bonanza included Ethan getting - and being somewhat puzzled by - a robot costume, the boys getting lovely wooden swords which, predictably, had to be immediately taken away, and the best present of all (from Gama, of course): each boy got his own folding beach chair with attached rainbow umbrella. (Do we live in Florida?)

I don't have many pictures from the Nashville celebration but the one below tells the story: many presents large and small were gleefully opened and the boys are still working their way through all of their loot. Thanks to Go Joy and Grandpa for a wonderful holiday!
