Unexpected weekend in Chicago

We ended up in Chicago for four days last week and weekend after my mother's mother passed away on Easter. It was a sad occasion, but we really enjoyed spending several days with family. The boys had a blast and especially enjoyed wearing ties for the first time. I had to wrestle Ethan's off at bedtime and he was sad to see it go.





PS Yes, we will be getting Emerson's hair cut soon.

    You all are so lovely - so very sorry to hear of the reason you were here though. Andrew looks dapper! I love Emerson's shaggy 'do. And Ethan is so big - and handsome in a tie!
