I've become convinced that a little liver is a good idea for Ethan. The other day while I took Emerson to the grocery store Eric gave Ethan some of the liver I had steamed and pureed for him. It was supposed to be added to mashed banana but Eric didn't know that and just gave it to him straight. See what Ethan thought about that: (don't worry - no chunks)

Wow! Are you poisoning that boy? What a reaction! I have yet to get Enso to react this strongly to anything. This made me laugh out loud....

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about it. Looks like he wanted to puke, this was hilarious and made me remember the days of liver slivers at Aunt Mary's when I was forced to eat it!

ReplyDeleteThe combo that big dipper uses that tastes great is: Roasted Liver, Baked Apple, Carrot, Caramelized Onion and White Pepper. Enso likes it quite a bit.
